The Attendee Dinner

The attendee dinner will be held at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino. This is going to be a great way to finish off the convention. It will allow us the chance to get to know one another a little better since most of us will be busy during the convention itself. Hoosier Park will give you a free $5.00 to gamble with, when you register with them, if you have not been there before then you will get an additional $5.00 to gamble with. The dinner itself will be in a cordoned off section called the connector, just for us. There will be room for 80 people total. The dinner will start at 7:00pm EST. This will give everyone time to get to there hotels or home and get ready for the dinner after being at the convention all day. They will be offering the Hoosier Park Traditional Buffet. This includes:

  • Hearts of Romaine with Aged Parmesan and Seasoned Croutons tossed with Caesar Dressing
  • Baby Buffalo Mozzarella and Grape Tomatoes with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aged Balsamic and Fresh Basil
  • Grilled Breast of Chicken with Shitake Mushrooms, Fresh Asparagus and Wild Rice Blend with Pecans
  • Louisiana Blackened Salmon with Broccolini and Pine Nuts
  • Grilled Ribeye Steak with Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
  • Rolls and Butter
  • Chef's Selection of Desserts
  • Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Assorted Tea

Due to the timing of Slag-A-Con and the horse racing schedule we will not be able to see any horse races that night. All the races end at 5pm EST. We will be able to go into the casino and enjoy different styles of gambling. They offer all electronic games such as: electronic Poker, electronic Blackjack, Slot Machines and much more. Due to gambling and alcohol regulations in Indiana, this dinner will have to be for 21 years & older. Please do not register for the dinner if you are under the age of 21.
